1、负责字节跳动全球广告数据系统的稳定性，保障系统持续、稳定运行； 2、负责大数据分析引擎服务（ClickHouse、Doris、ElasticSearch）的稳定性保障及运维工作； 3、参与数据系统稳定性架构设计，保障系统的长期高可用和可维护； 4、负责数据系统运维工作自动化，包括线上变更、服务监控配置、资源管理等。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程相关专业，具备互联网业务运维经验，熟悉一个或多个大数据分析引擎（如ClickHouse、Doris、Druid、Presto、HBase、ElasticSearch等）； 2、具备扎实的计算机软件开发基础知识，精通Linux操作系统、网络、存储等相关原理； 3、具备较强的分析和解决问题能力，有强烈的责任心和良好的沟通能力； 4、熟悉一种或多种编程语言，包括但不限于Shell/Python/Java/Golang/C等； 5、有数据系统、大数据平台服务运维经验者优先。
