1、负责云基础组件的大规模集群运维平台规划和设计，为SRE、RD提供稳定、高效的运维平台； 2、深入业务实际场景，梳理用户痛点、提炼需求并输出产品PRD，收集用户反馈并再次提炼形成新需求，以促进产品不断优化演进； 3、与前后端研发团队共同配合，保证产品功能如期并高质量交付到用户侧； 4、为产品结果负责，跟进产品关键数据指标，以数据化的方式持续运营平台； 5、围绕平台价值和能力，夯实基础，拓展新场景，持续构建产品竞争力。

1、有强烈的主人翁意识，具有积极主动追求产品和帮助业务线成功的热情，爱好挑战； 2、具有良好的产品规划、设计与落地能力，数据驱动，并有执着的定目标拿结果的能力； 3、5年以上产品经理工作经验，具备良好的数据敏感度、调研分析能力，能很好地产出MRD、Demo和PRD； 4、具有良好的项目落地与团队协作能力：能够组织跨团队协作，推动项目优质如期落地；熟悉稳定性管理的方法论以及数据技术，能与技术人员很好的沟通与协作，并进行技术风险预估等； 5、有良好的逻辑思维，有很强的学习能力和动手能力； 6、对数字敏感，具有较强的商业和数据结合思路，同时有行业稳定性相关工作背景优先。
