ByteIntern：面向2027届毕业生（2026年9月-2027年8月期间毕业），为符合岗位要求的同学提供转正机会。 团队介绍：字节跳动基础架构SRE团队，主要负责构建字节跳动私有云的组件服务和稳定性保障，支撑今日头条、西瓜视频、火山小视频、抖音等字节跳动旗下全产品线。Site reliability engineering(SRE)致力于打造高扩展、高可用系统，并将其贯彻为原则的软件工程师。

1、负责面向基础架构建设数据仓库，完成分层设计、数据模型设计与链路开发； 2、深入理解业务流程与指标口径，抽象通用数据能力，协同业务、产品与研发团队发挥数据价值；承担SQL、ETL开发、数据治理工作，提升数据易用性及数据质量，持续探索前沿的数据技术； 3、承担成本、稳定性、效率等各域子方向的数据治理能力建设工作，保障数据稳定、准确与可用； 4、构建领域Agent，掌握ReAct、Memory、RAG、MCP、A2A、Skill、微调等技术能力，持续跟进大模型、Agent领域的前沿技术、开源方案及其在数据分析领域的应用。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机、软件工程、通信等相关专业； 2、理解仓库实施方法论，了解数据仓库体系； 3、熟练使用Hadoop及Hive，熟悉SQL、Python、Go等编程语言； 4、理解主流大模型的算法原理，具备LLM和Agent层面的算法和开发能力。
