1、负责新一代运维平台与AI效能相关系统的架构设计与研发； 2、参与全栈体系建设，贯穿前端应用、BFF/接口层与后端服务的完整链路； 3、负责Agent、工具链、知识能力等智能体框架建设，推动智能运维场景落地； 4、负责运维能力的标准化抽象与服务化封装，建设可复用、可扩展的平台底座； 5、参与关键技术决策和跨团队协同，推动平台架构持续演进。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、自动化等相关专业，具备扎实的计算机基础与较强的工程实践能力； 2、具备扎实的研发能力，熟练掌握Go/Python/Java/C++中至少一门后端语言，能够独立完成复杂系统或平台型产品的设计与开发； 3、熟悉至少一种主流前端框架（React/Vue等），理解组件化、前后端分层和BFF工程思想，具备前端组件、控制台应用或微应用体系建设经验者优先； 4、熟悉Linux、网络协议、分布式系统、数据库、缓存、消息队列等基础设施技术栈，对高可用、高并发、可观测、稳定性治理有较深理解； 5、具备运维平台、研发效能平台、DevOps/AIOps平台、自动化运维系统或中后台平台研发经验，有复杂平台架构设计经验者优先； 6、熟悉大模型、Agent、RAG、Prompt Engineering、Function Calling/Tool Use等AI开发范式，有实际项目落地经验，具备良好的抽象能力、问题分析能力和沟通协作能力，能够主导跨团队技术推进。

加分项 1、有SRE、基础设施、中间件、数据库、云平台、可观测或发布平台等领域经验； 2、有Agent及Workflow开发、评测、RAG、安全治理等实践经验； 3、熟悉Claude Code、Codex等AI Coding工具，将AI深度融入编码、调试、测试、文档和协作流程，主动用AI重构个人工作方式与研发习惯。
