TikTok业务风控团队致力于保护 TikTok 的用户权益，包括但不限于内容消费者、创造者、商业客户等。我们通过建设高效的风控系统和智能的风控算法，提供端到端技术解决方案，以保证平台的健康与社区体验的真实性，为TikTok 业务保驾护航。

1、负责处理TikTok相关产品线（短视频/直播/社交等）上存在的各种的业务安全问题，识别作弊用户，包括色情导流、欺诈、赌博、黑灰产等； 2、利用CV/NLP和图算法（Graph）等人工智能技术，开发模型并落地应用到TikTok各场景，从海量图像、视频中识别出风险用户和内容； 3、研发业内领先的内容风控解决方案，和作弊用户进行对抗，分析与挖掘数据潜在关联，建立作弊风险感知体系，提前发现业务风险，为业务保驾护航。

1、2027届硕士及以上学位在读，计算机、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、热爱计算机科学和互联网技术，对人工智能类产品有浓厚兴趣； 3、具备优秀的编码能力，熟悉Linux开发环境，熟悉C++和Python语言优先； 4、有扎实的数据结构和算法功底，熟悉机器学习、自然语言处理、数据挖掘、分布式计算、计算机视觉、计算机图形中一项或多项； 5、优秀的分析问题和解决问题的能力，对解决具有挑战性问题充满激情； 6、每周可实习4天以上，实习时间3个月以上。
