1、理解TikTok相关的业务模式和系统架构，发现潜在的作弊风险点，并制定合理的风控策略架构； 2、独立负责账号安全的问题发现或者黑灰产攻防，设计合理的数据埋点体系，通过大数据分析，定量识别潜在的风险和业务影响； 3、针对账号安全某个业务场景建立合理的指标体系，在对抗中不断完善监控体系，形成可视化的监控系统； 4、与其他相关团队紧密配合，通过大数据挖掘，寻找作弊者的行为特点，快速形成有效的打击策略，持续迭代并优化风控效果。

1、5年以上机器学习、数据挖掘、数据分析或后台研发等的相关经验，计算机、数学、统计学专业优先； 2、对业务和数据敏感，能够从数据上发现风险，提出解决方案，并验证效果； 3、熟练掌握SQL语言，熟悉Hadoop/Spark的操作环境，熟悉Python、Java、R语言中至少一种的优先； 4、具有国际化业务工作经验优先，具有反作弊或安全策略相关经验，对黑灰产对抗有一定了解者优先； 5、中英文流利，英文可作为主要工作语言。
