1、负责面向客服平台业务管理决策者和协同方的数据能力建设，通过数据对业务发展健康度和策略有效性进行完整且高效的刻画（形式包括但不限于：指标看板、专项数据监控、场景化分析工具、数据分析报告）； 2、结合对业务逻辑、目标和策略的深度理解，联动多个相关团队进行业务指标体系的设计和迭代，并深度参与业务目标管理机制运营，协助推进业务高速发展； 3、挖掘、理解和判断目标数据波动/异常原因，与数据开发和分析师等多角色紧密协作，定位问题根因，支撑业务决策，推动问题解决； 4、深入组织内数据应用与数据管理场景，主动发现问题，通过标准、机制、流程的设计和运营，提升数据分析决策与数据资产管理的效率和质量。

1、本科及以上学历，3年以上数据运营工作经验； 2、具备突出的业务理解能力和结构化思维，对数字敏感，善于发掘业务和数据之间的联系和规律； 3、较强的需求理解意识和能力，能够充分站在平台视角，发现并高质量解决问题； 4、有较强的学习能力、好奇心和韧性，性格严谨、细致认真，对于交付质量有高标准； 5、具有良好的沟通协调、资源调动、统筹规划、项目推动管理能力； 6、熟练掌握SQL语言和常见数仓结构，具备独立解决复杂问题的数据分析能力。

加分项 1、统计学、数学、商业分析、计算机等相关专业优先； 2、有数据分析、商业分析、数据产品工作经验加分。
