1、本科及以上学历，1年以上C端产品/策略产品/产品运营经验，有内容平台/搜索/热点资讯平台相关工作经验者优先； 2、对热点事件、内容分发与用户消费/创作链路有敏锐洞察，具备数据分析能力，能识别关键问题并形成清晰的产品判断； 3、能独立负责产品从0到1的方案设计，具备较强的跨团队协作与项目推进能力，能推动复杂方案落地； 4、自驱力强、对业务结果负责，能够积极思考和发现问题、推动业务迭代。
