日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、负责TikTok国际直播产品功能运营视觉设计的创作，如教育/活动的H5，产出创意，参与制定风格和设计提案； 2、协助完成创意落地，如周边、设计延展等； 3、理解娱乐、直播业务，了解运营玩法，挖掘业务创新点，协同产品、运营、设计、研发，推动项目落地； 4、了解提效方法，沉淀运营设计规范与素材，管理把控供应商流程、产出质量等。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、熟练掌握AI、Figma、Photoshop、Illustrator等常用设计工具，擅长插画/3D/排版/UI，会动效更佳； 3、对潮流文化、青年群体、社交传播热点有敏感度； 4、具备主动学习、沟通协作能力。

加分项： 1、有较好的英文阅读能力，有国际/国际化项目经历加分； 2、有实习经历加分。
