1、负责TikTok全球智能客服平台架构设计与后端研发，主导大模型在客服场景的全流程落地，包括全AI Agent、AI Copilot等智能化能力的落地，面向全球海量用户，日均数百万量级用户进线服务，打造极致高效、高满意度的下一代智能客服服务体系； 2、基于对业务的深入理解，深度参与业务全链路建模，持续优化客服流转效率、降低人工转接率、提升用户端CSAT指标； 3、深度参与产品迭代与复杂业务需求，结合优先级与业务紧急度进行合理拆解、技术方案选型、架构设计与高效交付，保障系统高可用、高性能、可扩展； 4、主导关键技术方案评审、技术文档沉淀、难点攻坚与存量架构持续优化，建设智能客服平台通用能力与技术底座。

1、熟练掌握Golang/Java/Python/C++至少一门主流后端语言，Golang、Java资深开发经验优先； 2、具备大模型/LLM应用、AI Agent、智能对话、RAG知识库、向量数据库、Prompt工程、多智能体编排任意相关落地经验者大幅优先；有客服、聊天机器人、企业智能服务平台搭建经验者重点加分； 3、具备良好的代码质量意识、工程素养与规范的文档沉淀习惯，熟悉常用设计模式与架构设计原则，具备端到端负责项目全生命周期、持续迭代优化的能力，有深度AI coding实践经验可作为加分项； 4、扎实的计算机基础，熟练掌握Linux、MySQL、分布式缓存、RPC、消息队列、微服务架构、高并发与性能优化等互联网核心技术栈； 5、具备良好的业务抽象、架构设计与问题拆解能力，优秀的跨团队沟通、协作与推动能力；自驱力强，拥抱变化，结果导向，有较强的责任心与服务意识。
