1、参与TikTok生活服务C端/B端各类场景的研发，深入理解生活服务各场景业务，与产品、设计、测试和运营团队协作，完成复杂问题抽象、技术方案设计及项目落地，并持续跟踪上线效果； 2、负责高质量前后端与全栈工程建设，包括前端开发、接口设计、数据模型、性能优化、稳定性治理及用户体验提升等； 3、面向实际业务场景设计和开发Agent Workflow、MCP工具及Skills，提升研发、业务运营等效率和AI自动化程度； 4、深度运用AI Coding工具开展开发工作，提升代码开发效率与质量，主动探索AI工具在多端开发场景的优化空间，助力提升团队AI代码贡献率。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、人工智能等相关专业优先； 2、具备良好的沟通协作能力、自驱力和学习能力，能够使用AI Coding工具端到端推进需求迭代，覆盖从需求理解、方案设计、代码实现、测试验证、Code Review和线上排障的AI Native的开发方式；具备良好的主人翁意识，能够主动识别问题并推动解决； 3、具备AI全栈思维，愿意借助AI能力完成从页面到接口的全链路开发，相信AI能够帮助抹平技术栈差异；具备根据工作和业务需要设计Agent Workflow的能力； 4、具备良好的业务理解和抽象能力，能够在复杂、信息不完整的场景中主动构造上下文、拆解问题并推动端到端闭环；重视工程质量，对可维护性、性能、稳定性、可观测性、测试及上线风险有系统性认识； 5、具备扎实的计算机基础知识（数据结构、算法、计算机网络、操作系统等），至少掌握一门编程语言；具备前端（JS/TS/Vue/React等）、客户端（Flutter/iOS/Android任一）、服务端（Golang/Python/Java任一）任一领域的开发经验，有全栈开发经验者优先；具备良好的接口设计、数据建模和系统设计能力。
