1、负责TikTok生活服务面向全球市场商家、用户、达人平台的产品设计工作，通过产品迭代达成业务增长目标； 2、进行产品全生命周期管理，与跨职能团队合作，确保产品设计、开发、GTM、需求收集等各个环节的有序推进，提升系统效率和使用方体验； 3、调研收集全球市场各地区用户反馈，收集与整理业务中的痛点，协助优化产品流程与功能，提升产品本地化水平。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历； 2、优秀的沟通能力，能清晰地描述愿景、计划和问题，并与其他团队协调，共同深入解决； 3、分析和数据驱动，知道如何使用数据来发现问题，发现机会，并推动产品的持续改进； 4、英语可作为工作语言，有国际化留学背景加分； 5、表现出在创业环境中运作的能力，能够应对快速变化； 6、具有全球视野和热情，对创新业务产品有兴趣和热忱，持续关注全球产品。
