1、解读社区规范及平台政策，转化为可执行的研判口径，搭建案例库并保障不同场景下判定一致性； 2、监测平台UGC/PGC内容生态，主动识别显性及隐晦、擦边类内容风险，提炼风险特征规律； 3、处理突发内容安全风险事件，快速定界、排序优先级，推动跨部门协作完成处置闭环并复盘优化； 4、输出风险研判报告，为平台规则、内容质量把控策略优化提供决策支撑； 5、熟练使用内容质量把控工具、舆情监测系统及数据分析工具，协同运营和产品团队落地风险防控策略。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，新闻传播、社会学等相关专业优先； 2、精通英语/韩语者优先； 3、互联网内容运营、内容审核或内容安全相关实习经验，具备国内主流内容平台从业经验者优先； 4、具备敏锐的内容安全意识和网感，能精准识别隐晦风险，有政策理解与规则落地能力； 5、具备较强的规律总结能力，熟练掌握内容审核、舆情监测及Excel等常用工具； 6、思维灵活，责任心强，具备良好的跨部门沟通协调能力及应急处置能力；学习能力强、理解能力强，能快速适政策与平台内容生态变化。
