1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机、软件、电子信息等相关专业； 2、掌握Golang或C++语言，有扎实的数据结构和算法功底； 3、理解计算机原理、计算机网络，熟悉业内常用的基础组件； 4、对技术有热情，既有高远目标，也能脚踏实地，责任心强、积极主动； 5、熟练使用AI Coding工具，对大模型/AI ChatBot/Agent有兴趣或实践经验者优先； 6、喜欢研究开源新技术，开源贡献者、GitHub源码者、技术博客者优先。
