1、负责清结算平台整体产品规划和能力建设，包括清算、结算、对账、账务及相关平台能力；深入理解不同业务模式下的资金流、信息流和账务逻辑，抽象形成统一的平台方案和产品能力；推动清结算能力从项目制支持走向平台化、标准化、配置化，提升新业务接入效率和复用率； 2、与支付、钱包、Payout、财税、Merchant Portal、编排层等团队协同，设计端到端的资金解决方案；推动复杂资金链路的规则设计、流程设计、异常处理和风险兜底，保障准确性、时效性和可审计性； 3、结合全球业务发展需求，支持不同国家和地区的结算模式、账期规则、税务约束和合规要求落地； 4、推动关键指标持续优化，包括但不限于对账准确率、结算时效、接入周期、人工处理占比和异常率；与研发、财务、税务、运营和业务团队一起推进重点项目落地，承担关键方案评审和产品判断责任。

1、5年及以上支付、清结算、账务、财税系统、资金平台等方向产品经验，有支付、清结算、账务、财税系统、资金平台等方向经验，以及国际化业务经验、跨境支付经验、全球税务或多区域结算经验，API First、配置中心、规则引擎、编排平台等相关经验者优先； 2、做过复杂平台型产品，而不是只做前台流程或单点功能产品； 3、对资金链路有较强理解，能讲清楚交易、清算、结算、对账、账务、税务之间的关系； 4、有平台化设计能力，能把复杂场景抽象成标准能力、接口和配置，而不是每一个业务案例都做单独方案； 5、具备较强的结构化思考和跨团队协同能力，能拉通业务、财务、税务、研发等多方一起推进； 6、对数据准确性、系统稳定性、风险控制和合规要求有足够敏感度。
