日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：TikTok是一个覆盖150个国家和地区的国际短视频平台，我们希望通过TikTok发现真实、有趣的瞬间，让生活更美好。TikTok在全球各地设有办公室，全球总部位于洛杉矶和新加坡，办公地点还包括纽约、伦敦、都柏林、巴黎、柏林、迪拜、雅加达、首尔和东京等多个城市。

1、负责国际化特效视频达人社群运营维护，执行达人拉新、促活与激励活动，维护并拓展核心达人关系，提升达人活跃度； 2、深度追踪国际化热点，了解国际化主流社交媒体风格和流行趋势，结合本地化审美与趋势，定向指导创作者进行特效视频的策划与生产，并跟进上线及推广的全流程落地； 3、参与特效视频内容分析与案例分析，定期对爆款视频和优质达人进行复盘分析，为团队提供有效的内容策略支持； 4、日常监控特效数据并定期复盘，为团队及时提供有效信息，制定可优化、迭代的方案并推动落地；协助进行内容生态的底层打标、分类与维护工作； 5、与产品、研发、设计、全球运营团队紧密合作，有效协同各方资源，达成业务目标。

1、本科及以上学历在读，专业不限； 2、能保证每周实习4天，持续3个月及以上； 3、英文口语和书写能力良好，可作为工作语言，有国际化留学经历优先； 4、沟通和组织协调能力强，保证信息有效传达到协同团队； 5、具备细致的工作态度、坚韧的执行力及基本的问题分析能力，确保琐碎工作精准完成、责任心强，能够基于业务逻辑和案例总结问题、提出策略建议； 6、内容敏感度高，是国内外主流视频消费平台（TikTok/Instagram等）的创作者/深度用户。
