1、从用户视角拆解TikTok多人直播间的互动玩法，建立“玩法-场景-用户动机”三维分类体系，持续优化标签覆盖率和准确性； 2、基于内容理解（NLP/多模态/聚类）能力，协同算法团队迭代玩法识别模型，提升分类策略在推荐、搜索、Feeds等场景的应用效果； 3、设计并运营玩法分类的用户反馈闭环：通过问卷、社群、AB实验收集用户认知差异，快速定位分类偏差并推动策略优化； 4、搭建玩法策略的量化评估体系（如玩法渗透率、用户留存、互动深度），定期输出策略复盘报告，沉淀可复用的数据资产与方法论。

1、本科及以上学历，3年以上内容型产品/运营经验，对直播互动玩法（团播、连麦等）有深度理解； 2、熟悉内容理解技术（文本/图像/语音分类），能与算法团队高效协作优化模型特征与训练样本； 3、具备数据分析能力（SQL/Python），能通过用户行为数据验证策略有效性； 4、逻辑清晰，目标导向，具备跨部门推动力和优秀文档表达能力。
