1、2027届获得本科及以上学历； 2、有活动运营、产品运营相关实习经验，有用户增长项目经验为加分项； 3、有良好的数据理解能力，逻辑思维能力强，具有探求心，自我驱动力强； 4、英语能力强，可以作为工作语言，有国际学习或工作经历的优先；会韩/日语小语种的优先； 5、工作细心，有良好的项目管理能力、沟通能力、资源整合能力。
