1、本科及以上学历，具备5年以上B2B营销、直播行业、内容创作者生态、电商或科技领域营销相关经验； 2、品牌战略经验为核心要求，可来自品牌方或创意代理公司； 3、具备制作高质量营销素材的能力（如成功案例、演示材料、故事化内容等）及优秀的叙事与沟通能力，能够将数据与业务成果转化为有说服力的内容表达； 4、具备较强的项目管理能力，能同时推进多项活动和时间线； 5、思维分析能力较强，有效果追踪和策略优化经验，主动性较高，适合高协同团队环境； 6、有MCN、媒体、直播或科技行业背景，对创作者生态和达人业务有热情与理解，英语和中文双语能力佳优先。
