TikTok用户增长团队负责TikTok全球增长，用产品、技术驱动业务增长，让TikTok成为用户优选综合信息平台。我们帮助产品制定量身定做的增长方案，并利用各种营销、产品、数据分析手段达成业务增长目标。我们维护和优化一系列成熟的产品增长方案，并熟练将其应用到各种不同的业务中，推动业务增长；同时当发现新的增长机会时，我们也构建新的解决方案，帮助业务实现突破。

1、运用分析与统计方法，依托数据解决全产品线及业务线中存在的高难度业务问题； 2、搭建并优化适用的统计模型，例如用户生命周期总价值（LTV）与投资回报率（ROI）预测模型，为用户增长相关决策提供指导； 3、开展模型驱动的分析，深挖各产品线的业务洞见，提炼问题共性规律，搭建跨产品的分析范式； 4、与产品、运营、工程及跨职能团队协作，运用分析、统计及算法专业能力推动产品开发； 5、设计、开展并分析A/B测试，为产品策略的制定与落地提供依据，最终优化产品并为业务决策提供支撑。

1、具有统计学、运筹学、计算生物学、计算机科学、数学、经济学等定量相关专业的学士学位或硕士学位； 2、5年以上数据分析师工作经验，包含统计建模（回归、分类、聚类等）及机器学习（尤其是深度学习）相关经验，且拥有用户级建模经验； 3、能够开展严谨的分析工作，并向技术及非技术背景的受众清晰传达分析结论； 4、熟练掌握SQL、Python/R编程语言； 5、具备良好的沟通能力，能够理解业务逻辑，并为不同的业务干系人搭建分析框架。

优先任职资格 1、具备出色的沟通协作能力，能够在多元环境下与内部团队高效开展工作； 2、具备AI原生相关经验，拥有模型搭建及工作流优化经验者优先； 3、对数据分析抱有热情； 4、主动自驱，能够深入理解数据与用户体验/产品增长之间的关联。
