ByteIntern：面向2027届毕业生（2026年9月-2027年8月期间毕业），为符合岗位要求的同学提供转正机会。 团队介绍：国际化内容安全平台团队致力于为字节跳动国际化产品的用户维护安全可信赖环境，通过开发、迭代机器学习模型和信息系统以更早、更快发掘风险、监控风险、响应紧急事件，以人工智能技术支持业务发展，力求更高效、更敏捷、更全能地维护站内生态安全。

1、负责国际化内容安全相关系统的算法质量保障工作，包括但不限于：算法工程、算法稳定性、模型评测、策略平台、特征平台、风险模型等； 2、负责算法工程项目测试，通过项目测试发掘和分析业务质量问题和风险，不断优化和建设模型发布流水线，提升模型变更质量； 3、参与算法质量运营治理，挖掘和分析算法质量相关问题和线上风险，通过技术手段解决算法稳定性问题，提升算法线上稳定性； 4、参与业务、模型效果评测，通过挖掘正向/负向案例，不断丰富模型测试集，协同业务提升模型效果评测质量； 5、跨国家地区进行项目协同合作，高质量完成全球化项目交付。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、熟悉Python/Golang/Java中至少一种语言，有实际项目实习经验者优先； 3、有服务端测试经验，有自动化测试经验，熟悉敏捷测试流程，有机器学习，模型相关测试经验者优先； 4、有较强的学习能力、问题定位、问题分析能力，较好的推动能力，能协调各个角色进行问题解决； 5、具备良好的英语能力，可以实习6个月及以上。
