日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、前沿方向调研； 1）持续跟踪计算机视觉、多模态理解、内容安全识别等领域的最新论文、开源模型与业界动态； 2）定期输出技术调研报告，梳理前沿方向的发展脉络与潜在业务价值； 2、新模型评测与应用探索； 1）调研并复现业内新发布的多模态大模型（如视觉-语言模型、视频理解模型、内容审核模型等）； 2）设计评测方案，在自动化内容识别场景（如图文/视频内容分类、标签抽取、违规内容识别等）中验证模型效果； 3）探索模型在自动化数据生产领域的应用，包括数据标注辅助、训练数据合成、数据清洗与增强等； 3、原型验证与落地推动； 1）基于调研结果，搭建可复现的实验Pipeline，完成原型验证与效果对比； 2）与算法、工程团队协作，推动有价值的方向进入业务落地流程； 4、技术沉淀； 1）整理实验数据、评测结论与最佳实践，形成团队可复用的技术文档。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机、人工智能等相关专业； 2、每周可实习4天及以上，实习周期3个月以上；熟悉Python，掌握PyTorch/TensorFlow等至少一种深度学习框架；具备计算机视觉、多模态学习或自然语言处理的基础，理解常见模型结构（CNN、Transformer、ViT、CLIP等）；有模型复现、微调或评测经验； 3、具备良好的论文阅读与技术调研能力，能独立复现开源模型并设计评测实验；具备良好的中英文文献阅读能力，以及清晰的技术表达与团队协作能力； 4、具备良好的代码规范与工程实现能力，熟悉Git、Linux开发环境； 5、有内容识别、多模态理解相关项目或论文经验，熟悉大模型（LLM/VLM）的推理部署、Prompt工程或微调方法，有数据合成、数据增强、主动学习等自动化数据生产相关经验； 6、在GitHub、Kaggle等平台有相关开源贡献或竞赛获奖经历，熟悉分布式训练、推理加速（TensorRT、vLLM等）相关技术。
