1、通过数据分析和内容研究，探索游戏主播成长路径，总结方法并借助AI工具做全球游戏创作者的教育泛化； 2、围绕业务核心指标，支持多个模块的数据分析及策略运营工作，牵引目标内容供给提升的同时，最大化内容增长收益； 3、与区域运营团队协同，信息互通，核心策略对齐及推进执行，为共同结果负责。

1、本科及以上学历在读，专业不限； 2、有内容运营熟悉游戏行业和主流的内容产品、平台，并有一定洞察和理解； 3、了解游戏短视频、直播内容生态优先，熟练掌握AI工具，有AI产品运营实践经验优先； 4、有较强的数据意识，善于发掘业务问题和痛点，有用客观数据分析判断的量化思维和逻辑思维，统计学基础知识熟练优先； 5、英语流利，听说读写达到办公水平，额外掌握小语种加分。
