1、参与TikTok智能创作服务端需求设计及开发； 2、参与产品的完整生命周期，和国际化团队一起推进产品的迭代，在技术、产品、运营效率、用户体验等方面创造价值； 3、协助团队攻克各种高并发、数据隔离、系统解耦等方面的技术难关； 4、负责业务需求调研，撰写技术方案和系统设计；持续改善已有服务，优化系统薄弱点，提升系统性能和稳定性。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机、软件、电子信息相关专业优先； 2、掌握Golang或C++语言，有扎实的数据结构和算法功底； 3、理解计算机原理、计算机网络，熟悉业内常用的基础组件； 4、对技术有热情，既有高远目标，也能脚踏实地，责任心强、积极主动； 5、喜欢研究开源新技术，开源贡献者、GitHub源码者、技术博客者优先。
