1、负责酒旅业务的营销策略制定和落地，包括酒店、旅游、目的地服务等相关业务场景；根据业务目标制定用户增长、交易转化、复购提升等营销方案，推动GMV、订单量、用户活跃和转化率增长； 2、负责补贴策略设计与优化，包括优惠券、满减、折扣、平台补贴、商家联合补贴等，提升补贴使用效率和业务ROI；结合用户分层、消费场景、商家供给和市场竞争情况，制定差异化营销和补贴方案； 3、负责营销活动的数据分析和效果复盘，跟踪活动转化率、核销率、ROI、用户留存、GMV拉动等核心指标，并持续优化策略；关注酒旅行业趋势、用户需求变化和产品动态，沉淀可复制的营销增长方法论； 4、与产品团队协作，推动营销工具、活动机制、转化链路等产品能力优化；协同产品、运营、销售、数据、内容及区域团队，推动跨团队项目落地，确保业务目标达成； 5、负责重点营销项目的策划和执行，包括节假日活动、大促、目的地营销、品牌联合、达人合作等。

1、本科及以上学历，市场营销、商业分析、经济学、统计学等相关专业优先； 2、具备营销、增长、产品运营或商业运营经验，有酒旅、OTA、本地生活、电商、内容平台经验者优先，理解用户转化路径、营销工具和平台产品逻辑，能够与产品团队高效协作推动需求落地； 3、具备补贴策略相关经验，熟悉优惠券、折扣、满减、平台补贴等玩法，能够独立完成策略设计、预算测算和效果评估； 4、精通数据分析，具备较强的数据敏感度和逻辑分析能力，能够基于数据发现问题、拆解原因并提出解决方案，熟悉Excel、SQL、BI等数据工具，有活动复盘、漏斗分析、用户分层、ROI分析经验者优先； 5、英文能力优秀，能够使用英文进行日常沟通、会议讨论、方案撰写和跨区域协作，具备较强的项目管理能力和跨团队沟通能力，能够推动复杂项目落地； 6、结果导向，具备较强的责任心、执行力和业务敏感度。

加分项： 1、有APAC、东南亚或印尼市场经验优先； 2、有TikTok、内容电商或达人营销平台经验优先； 3、有酒店集团、OTA、旅游平台或本地生活平台经验优先； 4、有营销活动、大促或目的地营销项目经验优先。
