1、负责TikTok本地生活的交易导购场的搭建及转化，包括锚点、异形卡带动Feed转化；团购Tab及行业频道等中心化交易阵地搭建；生活服务直播间迭代以及货架、商品详情页等基础交易场景建设； 2、负责团队服务质量与系统稳定性管控，从工具优化、系统升级入手提升团队开发效率，牵头攻坚重点及高难度技术专题，突破技术瓶颈； 3、紧密协同产品团队梳理业务流程、设计合理技术方案，聚焦重点需求攻坚，推动技术与业务深度融合，落地业务场景，助力达成业务目标； 4、优化系统核心架构，主导平台方向技术规划，搭建可复用、可扩展的技术体系，支撑全球化布局、多行业适配的统一能力建设。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，具备电商、本地生活、货架导购类系统开发经验者优先； 2、拥有扎实的计算机基础，熟练掌握至少一门后端编程语言，精通MySQL、Redis、消息队列等后端技术栈，理解其底层工作原理与适用场景； 3、熟悉微服务、分布式系统架构，具备较强的系统设计、技术攻坚及跨团队项目推进能力，能高效落地技术方案； 4、具备良好的沟通协作能力与高度责任心，严谨细致，有高并发、高可用后端系统开发经验者优先。
