1、深入智能客服业务，承担智能对话、问答系统的算法研究、数据构建、模型训练与评测等工作； 2、参与海量客服对话数据的清洗、挖掘与分析，协助构建和优化高质量的模型训练数据集； 3、参与大模型在客服业务场景的通用推理能力，使智能客服系统能够更准确的理解用户、更自然流畅的交互； 4、跟进NLP及大模型（LLM/MLLM）领域的最新学术进展与应用技术，并结合业务进行落地。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机、人工智能、数学等相关专业优先； 2、编程能力扎实，熟悉Python，有良好的数据结构和算法基础； 3、有机器学习与深度学习基础，了解Transformer、BERT、GPT等主流模型结构及原理； 4、有强烈的技术好奇心、自驱力和进取心，能及时关注和学习业界实践。
