团队介绍：TikTok搜推算法团队，负责TikTok短视频产品的基础推荐、搜索算法，加入我们，你能接触到包括搜索、用户增长、社交、直播、内容创造、内容消费等核心业务场景，直接为核心用户体验负责，支持产品在全球赛道上高速发展。我们的工作内容包括大规模推荐算法的优化、复杂约束的优化问题的解决、多模态大模型的落地，并着力研究下一代AI Search和Chatbot的核心研发技术，包括不限于Multi-Agent、Agentic RL、Harness、Loop Engineering，探索强化学习在大模型时代的新范式。在这里，你可以深入钻研机器学习算法的改进和优化，探索前沿的技术；可以感受不同文化的碰撞，激发认知；可以通过对产品和内容生态的深度分析，影响产品未来的发展方向。

1、优化推送发送时机策略与模型；基于Reinforcement Learning、深度时序模型等提升系统择时&择频的能力，提升用户体验与相关指标； 2、应用主流和前沿的机器学习模型，如DeepFM、Uplift Model、Deep Retrival、DIN等，进行召回&粗排&精排模型优化，包括模型结构优化、特征工程以及模型性能优化等； 3、基于海量数据搭建业内领先的推送模型、策略和架构，建模用户兴趣，提升用户体验； 4、负责业务场景中的某个模块（如社交推送、直播推送、热点推送、UserGrowth等），与产品、运营团队协作规划模块未来发展，制定推送&推荐策略目标，助力业务增长； 5、进行推送内容创意的优化，包括自动生成&选择最优的文案内容、图片等素材，自动文案审核等工作； 6、技术方向：聚焦发送时机策略与模型、内容召回、排序与聚合、内容创意增长，利用海量数据构建机器学习算法和架构，强化用户兴趣建模与体验提升。

1、2027届获得硕士及以上学位，计算机、电子、数学等相关专业； 2、具备优秀的编码能力，扎实的数据结构和算法功底； 3、熟悉机器学习、大模型、自然语言处理的一项或多项，对推荐系统、计算广告、搜索引擎等相关领域有经验者优先； 4、优秀的分析问题和解决问题能力，对技术有热情，有良好的沟通表达能力和团队合作精神；具备良好的沟通协作能力，能够与团队共同探索新技术，推动技术发展；优秀的分析问题和解决问题能力，强烈的技术热情与创新意识，追求技术落地与业务价值的双重闭环；优秀的跨团队协作能力，能以技术语言驱动业务决策。
