1、负责国际化短视频内容分发工作，包括但不限于跨国流量分发、多体裁流量分配、各业务流量合理性平衡等，基于用户洞察、供需分析，提升推荐系统全局流量效率； 2、与多业务深度协作，结合业务诉求，发现内容发布-内容审核-推荐流量分发流程中的关键问题，制定阶段性流量调节目标，落地策略提升用户体验； 3、构建相关基础设施，包括但不限于流量问题发现、用户理解、内容理解，并完成复杂策略设计； 4、设计客观的策略与目标评估体系&方法，完成不同推荐策略的效果验证并持续优化。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机、统计学等相关专业优先； 2、逻辑清晰，有责任感和目标感，对所负责方向有明确、合理的拆解思路和运营规划，能自驱目标达成； 3、数据思维强，能制定负责方向的整体数据评估逻辑和评估指标； 4、良好的英文沟通协作和项目管理能力，有韧性，长期主义，有海外学习或工作经历者优先。
