TikTok业务风控团队致力于保护TikTok的用户权益，包括但不限于内容消费者、创造者、商业客户等；我们通过建设高效的风控系统和智能的风控算法，提供端到端技术解决方案，以保证平台的健康与社区体验的真实性，为TikTok业务保驾护航。

1、负责TikTok等国际化相关产品线（短视频/直播/资金/电商/生活服务等）上的账号安全问题； 2、基于亿级账号表现和反馈的行为，利用算法挖掘海量数据，识别各类账号黑产问题，包括但不限于垃圾注册，盗号，租借、账号买卖、养号，网络劫持等； 3、分析与挖掘数据潜在关联，建立账号黑产风险感知体系，提前发现与快速解决风险； 4、支持账号风控相关数据仓库、特征工程、模型等建设工作。

1、计算机科学、统计学、人工智能等相关专业硕士学位及以上； 2、熟悉C++/Java/Python中一种或者多种编程语言； 3、熟悉SQL/HQL等大数据处理技术，掌握Hadoop/HiveSpark/Flink其中一项； 4、熟悉机器学习/深度学习/大语言模型等相关算法，熟悉聚类/社区挖掘等相关技术，并能够验证算法效果，将算法应用在风控业务中； 5、有互联网黑产对抗/反作弊的工作经验者优先； 6、熟悉大模型LLM、Agent等相关技术可加分。
