1、负责拉美市场直播活动及运营项目的整体规划、玩法设计、上线执行与复盘工作，助力区域创作者在直播场景下的成长与商业化能力提升，并实现增量的商业化成果； 2、分析直播用户与创作者的行为及活跃数据，结合市场调研持续探索并优化活动与项目策略，达成用户拉新、回流等增长模式目标； 3、与跨职能团队紧密协作，通过专项活动与项目撬动重点管理创作者在平台内的成长，共同达成业务目标； 4、及时收集主播反馈，形成主播洞察，帮助持续激发创作者活跃度、不断优化其直播内容质量； 5、与总部及中台团队协同推进新产品的上线推广，以及全球性项目的落地执行；确保将全球项目在本地进行有效本地化，并通过实际成果验证其正向影响。

1、本科及以上学历； 2、英语与西班牙语流利，能够与全球团队进行高效沟通，该岗位需要频繁与LATAM团队、客户及相关合作方沟通，以确保重点区域之间的顺畅协作； 3、熟悉拉美西语国家的文化与市场； 4、熟悉社交媒体内容生态与创作者生态； 5、具备数据分析能力，能通过数据发现问题，并找到切实可行的解决方案以推动核心指标提升； 6、具备用户增长与项目管理能力，以及优秀的沟通与表达能力，能够清晰有效地进行信息传达与汇报。

加分项 1、1年及以上直播行业相关经验，有国际化市场经验者优先。
