1、参与DES-MQ、TT-DTS等产品的产品设计、架构演进、稳定性建设等工作； 2、解决TikTok在全球环境下遇到的数据传输合规性、可靠性、高效性、易用性等问题； 3、分析&研究行业领先的数据存储同步解决方案，思考&构建适合TikTok的全球数据分发的理想化架构； 4、主导技术难点攻关，推动业内前沿技术在数据同步的落地和应用，沉淀规范、工具和最佳实践； 5、带领团队内其他同学共同战斗，以自身良好的项目管理与沟通协作能力，负责/参与跨团队重点项目的落地工作。

1、计算机科学或软件工程专业，本科以上学历，5年以上后端系统开发经验； 2、熟练掌握一种或多种编程语言（Java/Golang/Python等），有良好的编码习惯和风格； 3、熟悉MySQL、Redis、消息队列（MQ）等常见的开源分布式中间件和组件； 4、了解分布式系统架构的设计原则，包括但不限于面向服务、异步、高可用和可扩展的方法； 5、具备良好的团队合作和沟通能力，积极乐观，责任心强，具备基本的跨团队协作能力。

加分项： 1、有高流量、高并发服务器系统研发经验； 2、熟悉业界常见的数据同步组件以及其实现方式； 3、具备公司级内部组件产品研发与设计经验； 4、具备丰富的系统性能、网络调优经验以及架构改进经验； 5、具备丰富的业务架构设计经验，能够准确、全面地理解业务问题，并设计出合理的架构方案； 6、具备国际化业务研发经验，对全球多数据中心业务架构及设计理念有清晰认识或实践的。
