1、负责综合搜索规模与认知增长：基于搜索推荐功能及策略，基于不同场景个性化分发优质内容/推荐词渗透搜索用户并教育如何更好使用TikTok搜索； 2、对搜索推荐的内容候选、质量、体验负责，包括视频推荐、搜索推荐词、sug等场景； 3、深入理解用户在不同搜索场景的需求，通过数据分析和运营评估挖掘流量和体验提升空间，运用LLM生成、内容理解策略等手段进行提升； 4、与算法、产品、分析师团队深度合作，保障搜索推荐流量结构健康增长、打造优势口碑场景。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机、人工智能、数据科学、心理学等相关专业优先； 2、具备敏锐的用户体验洞察力和良好的数据分析能力，能够在指导下基于各种信息定位产品问题，推动问题解决； 3、逻辑清晰，沟通能力强，有优秀的创造力、想象力与系统分析能力，具备良好的沟通协作能力； 4、有搜索、推荐、NLP、AI相关实习经验优先。
