1、负责TikTok生活服务发现与决策方向产品规划与增长，结合搜索、推荐、POI等消费场景，规划并设计找店决策产品站内外流量增长策略，提升产品消费规模和用户认知； 2、深度挖掘不同国家/地区用户在餐饮、旅游、娱乐等场景下的用户诉求，基于TikTok独特的社区和产品形态，持续优化找店决策产品体验； 3、深度联动算法、运营、市场、商家及交易团队，建立真实可信的本地生活地点推荐体系（包括榜单、评分、达人地点推荐等多个场景）； 4、深度运用AI迭代产品策略，结合LLM、多模态内容理解等技术，从海量内容和用户行为中理解地点特色，打造地点种草&决策创新产品方案。

1、本科及以上学历，5年以上互联网产品经验； 2、能理解国际化不同市场用户用户需求，将复杂的业务逻辑转化为简单、直观的产品交互； 3、拥有逻辑思维和数据理解力，能够熟练运用数据分析等手段发现业务破局点，并通过A/B实验等方法快速验证方案有效性； 4、具备优秀的沟通协调能力，有责任心，能在业务高速发展的同时保持快速的学习和自我迭代； 5、英语好、有生活服务/电商/内容搜推产品经验者优先。
