1、负责TikTok直播相关的数据分析工作，方向包括观看体验优化、主播生态、公会经营、推荐效果等； 2、负责业务方向的指标体系设计，搭建对应的监控体系并完成异动分析工作； 3、利用统计科学方法，开展科学有效的效果评估工作，覆盖A/B实验、因果推断等场景； 4、深入理解业务目标，通过数据挖掘输出分析洞察，识别潜在优化方向，为业务决策提供数据支撑，协同产品、推荐工程师、研发团队共同推进优化落地； 5、探索归纳分析方法论，研究数据科学理论，推进数据产品的迭代优化，提升分析效率。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，统计学、数据科学、经济学等相关专业优先； 2、有一定的数据分析工作经验；有直播相关行业经验者优先； 3、熟练掌握SQL，Python/R，可视化等常用工具；了解机器学习、推荐算法原理者优先； 4、优秀的思维逻辑，善于分析问题和解决问题，良好的沟通协作能力，对于挑战充满热情。
