1、负责TikTok直播多人音视频方向的推荐策略，基于对多人内容业务的解读、数据分析，制定供给增长/内容调优/生态治理等具体策略措施，与算法、策略、运营等团队合作，为多人内容生态结果负责； 2、深入挖掘不同内容题材的用户需求，结合LLM模型能力对内容持续追踪与深入挖掘，能够敏捷分析内容生态的变化找到内容生产/分发/消费环节的关键问题，有效落地分发策略达成目标，且能配合不同的内容容器制定特定的分发策略； 3、持续挖掘主播/嘉宾/用户之间关系链，围绕关系深度与优质用户匹配，落地分发、匹配策略提升优质供给持续增长。

1、本科及以上学历，5年及以上互联网策略产品经验，具备直播/社交/内容/泛娱乐类产品经验者优先，对连麦/聊天室有深入了解者优先； 2、对推荐系统理解深入，内容策略经验丰富，能与推荐算法团队高效协作； 3、产品方法与体系扎实，对数据敏感，拥有很强的洞察能力，具备良好数据分析及逻辑思维能力； 4、英语流利，有海外相关工作或留学经历者优先； 5、对互联网充满热情，有较强的探索欲，持续关注全球互联网产品。
