1、识别评估规则中的空白、歧义、冲突及系统性偏差，推动形成清晰可执行的判断标准、规则补丁和落地口径，提升团队判断一致性； 2、承接评估员升级的高复杂度、规则模糊、争议性案例，基于业务目标、规则口径和用户体验进行综合判断，输出高可信、可解释、可复盘的研判结论； 3、将典型个案、争议场景和复杂判断经验沉淀为可复用的团队资产，包括Golden案例、FAQ、案例库、SOP补充说明等，支持一线高效执行； 4、通过抽检、复盘、案例讲解等方式，帮助评估员提升复杂场景处理能力，降低重复升级、无效升级和误升级比例； 5、对高风险场景、异常模式和潜在质量问题保持敏感，及时发现一线执行中的共性问题，并推动形成长期治理方案； 6、将一线业务问题、规则痛点和工具缺口转化为产品研发需求，与产品、策略、工程、运营等团队协同，推动工具优化、流程改进和机制闭环。

1、本科及以上学历，英语熟练读写和沟通，具备内容评估、搜索评估、内容审核、策略运营、风险控制、申诉处理、质量管理等内容研判运营工作经验，有复杂案例处理经验者优先； 2、具备较强的深度研判能力，能够在信息冲突、规则不完整和场景不确定的情况下，抓住矛盾并做出高质量裁决； 3、具备较强的标准抽象能力，能够将个人判断经验结构化，转化为团队可复用的标准规则、案例资产和执行口径； 4、具备良好的全局风险识别能力，对高风险场景、系统性异常、规则漏洞和质量波动有较高敏感度； 5、具备优秀的逻辑表达和跨团队协同能力，既能向评估员讲清楚判断标准，也能与产品、策略、工程等合作方高效沟通。
