1、多模态Query理解：研究图片、视频、截图、观看上下文等多模态Query的意图理解与语义表示，建模用户从“看到什么”到“想找什么、想知道什么、想决策什么”的需求转化； 2、视觉搜索Ranking：研究多模态Query与视频内容之间的相关性建模，融合视觉语义、用户意图和行为反馈，优化召回、排序和结果组织； 3、多模态AI Search：研究基于全模态输入的AI Search：从图片、视频、截图和观看上下文中理解用户问题，融合视觉细节、内容语境、搜索结果和用户意图，完成基于视觉内容的问答、解释、比较、推荐和决策支持； 4、大规模视觉搜索系统：面向全球视频生态，研究数据构建、模型训练、评测体系、在线推理和系统效率，让多模态搜索能力稳定服务真实产品体验。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、电子信息、数学、统计等相关专业优先； 2、机器学习、深度学习、计算机视觉或自然语言处理基础扎实，具备优秀的代码实现和实验分析能力； 3、在视频理解、VLM、多模态检索、搜索推荐、大模型或Ranking中至少一个方向有深入积累； 4、能从搜索系统视角理解视觉问题，不只关注模型指标，也关注Query理解、相关性、排序、结果组织和用户满意度； 5、能把真实用户需求抽象成可建模、可训练、可评估的问题，并在复杂数据和系统约束下验证方案价值； 6、对多模态Query和AI Search如何重构视觉搜索体验有强烈兴趣。
