TikTok ADSO（AI Data Service and Operations）团队负责支撑AI 模型训练、评估与优化的核心数据服务与运营。通过构建高质量、标准化的数据生产体系，以及建立全球化的精益运营模式，为TikTok产品各类 AI 能力的迭代提供稳定、规模化、高性价比的数据支持，推动 AI 技术在复杂业务场景中的深度落地。

日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、内部平台与工具开发：参与RCA平台、内部网页端工具及数据处理工具的维护与迭代，支持模型评估、负面案例归因、质量分析、任务管理等业务场景，提升运营与质检效率； 2、AI Skill/Workflow建设：参与各类AI辅助工具、Agent Skill、Prompt Workflow的开发与优化，将重复性人工流程沉淀为可复用的自动化能力，支持数据处理、结果校验、质量分析等场景； 3、数据处理与问题排查：使用Python、SQL等完成数据清洗、字段匹配、批量校验、结果统计和自动化分析，协助定位平台、数据链路或模型评估流程中的问题，并推动修复和优化。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机、软件工程、人工智能、数据科学、信息系统等相关专业优先； 2、工程与数据能力：了解基础Web开发、API调用、Git、SQL和常见数据处理方法，能够独立完成简单工具开发、数据处理和问题排查； 3、研发能力：具备良好的Coding能力，熟悉至少一门编程语言；有Web前端、后端服务、脚本工具或内部平台开发经验者优先；有LLM API调用、自动化评估或AI工具开发经验者优先； 4、实习稳定性：可尽快到岗，每周出勤3–5天，能连续实习3个月及以上，北京线下在岗办公； 5、综合素质：逻辑清晰、执行力强，具备良好的问题拆解和沟通协作能力，能与算法、产品、工程、运营等团队高效配合； 6、语言能力：中英双语能力良好，英语B2及以上。
