1、负责国际化短视频平台产品架构的功能设计、需求推进和管理、数据分析和持续迭代优化； 2、深入理解国际化用户的消费习惯，挖掘用户在短视频消费场景的需求，产出方案、提升用户体验； 3、与设计、研发、分析等团队紧密合作，协同推动多合作方保障需求落地； 4、参与对推荐、数据、全球社区产品的研究，通过调研、反馈收集和数据分析等方式明确用户需求，提炼有效的产品方向。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机、人工智能、社会学、心理学等相关专业优先； 2、有优秀的用户同理心，具备社区产品使用敏感度，有创新精神和创新能力，有社区产品实习经验优先； 3、乐于探索钻研，有很强的责任心和合作精神，逻辑性强，对数据敏感，有判断力，结果导向； 4、良好的数据理解能力，逻辑思维能力强，具有探求心，自我驱动力强； 5、擅长跨文化沟通，英语可作为工作语言，全勤实习6个月及以上优先。
