TikTok用户增长团队负责TikTok全球增长，用产品、技术驱动业务增长，让TikTok成为用户优选综合信息平台。我们帮助产品制定量身定做的增长方案，并利用各种营销、产品、数据分析手段达成业务增长目标。我们维护和优化一系列成熟的产品增长方案，并熟练将其应用到各种不同的业务中，推动业务增长；同时当发现新的增长机会时，我们也构建新的解决方案，帮助业务实现突破。

1、负责TikTok全球激励增长顶层策略设计，覆盖新客激励、活跃任务、社交裂变等场景，针对拉美/东亚等市场做差异化运营策略制定，拆解并承接业务增长OKR； 2、负责搭建激励人群分层体系，基于用户生命周期、活跃度、行为特征、LTV等构建精准增长人群，深度协同算法团队落地个性化激励推荐、千人千面权益匹配、高潜用户放量等策略，实现精细化高效率的存量激活与增量增长； 3、负责激励体系全域流量运营，统筹资源位分发、Feed植入、弹窗触达、消息链路等流量矩阵，设计精细化流量分配与流转策略，持续优化曝光、点击率、参与转化率，最大化激励流量增量效益； 4、建立标准化A/B测试体系，覆盖玩法规则、奖励力度、流量策略、人群策略、素材触达等维度，搭建完整激励指标监测体系，通过数据归因、ROI复盘持续优化策略，沉淀可复用的增长模型； 5、统筹激励预算管理与全链路风控，与风控团队合作控制无效激励损耗，持续优化激励ROI，平衡增长效果、成本与用户体验； 6、联动产品、研发、算法、本地化团队推进跨部门项目，沉淀激励增长方法论、策略与案例库，赋能区域业务，持续调研国际产品激励体系，输出创新策略。

1、本科及以上学历，5年以上增长策略运营工作经验；有国际产品或激励产品背景者优先； 2、具备体系化增长思维，能独立搭建指标体系，数据驱动，具备较好的逻辑思维与数据敏感性，熟练使用SQL/R/Python/SAS等分析工具者加分； 3、具备较强的策略构建能力，为指标和业务结果负责，结果导向； 4、具备优秀跨团队项目推进能力，逻辑清晰、目标感强，可适配多时区国际业务协作； 5、英文可作为工作语言，可独立对接国际本地化团队。
