日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、负责TikTok LIVE方向相关的产品设计工作； 2、参与产品设计迭代，结合产品需求与现有约束条件输出适配的设计方案，优化产品交互并输出视觉方案； 3、参与用户调研，深度理解用户需求并转化为对应设计思路； 4、参与设计驱动的探索创新项目。

1、本科及以上学历在读，设计相关专业优先； 2、具备优秀的交互与视觉设计能力，能够从概念深入细化，不断迭代，并将其转化成满足用户需要的设计方案； 3、拥有良好的沟通与协作能力，能够清晰有条理的表达你的设计思路，并能通过原型来让更多协作方理解你的设计方案； 4、有良好的逻辑思维、创新思维与学习能力，对新领域保持好奇心，对设计更好的体验始终有追求。

加分项 1、熟悉使用AI专业工具，有一定的AI项目实践经验。
