1、在大规模面向C端消费者的应用程序构建平台和服务方面，具备丰富经验； 2、具备与跨职能团队合作交付成功产品的经验，有智能创作业务经验者优先； 3、深入理解计算机架构、数据结构和算法； 4、精通以下至少一种语言：Go、Python、Java、C++； 5、对业务及数据敏感，有良好的业务理解和痛点分析能力，善于将合理的架构应用于业务； 6、具备良好的团队沟通和协作能力。
