1、本科及以上学历，策略/商业分析/经营分析/运营经验，在资源管理/平台商家运营等方面有经验优先； 2、具备良好逻辑思维、推理及数据分析能力，能输出有质量的策略方案；学习与适应能力强、有战略框架思维、对业务有敏感度和洞察力； 3、具备良好的沟通能力、执行力和资源统筹能力，有较强抗压能力，学习能力强，主动性强，适应快节奏及变化的工作环境； 4、具备良好的英文沟通表达、书写能力，有海外经历优先。
