1、负责AI Agent在标注业务场景的落地：从业务问题定义、方案设计、Agent搭建、自动化评测、上线到效果验证，独立跑通“需求→方案→落地→提效”的完整闭环，形成可规模化复用的自动化能力； 2、围绕真实业务场景设计并搭建Agent工作流（如自动根因分析、Policy自动评估与优化、质量诊断等），把多步任务拆解、工具调用、数据流转编排成稳定可运行的自动化流程，替代或增强原有人工操作； 3、持续优化Agent的效果、稳定性与运行效率：基于线上实验、性能数据与业务反馈迭代方案，定位并解决Agent失效问题（逻辑结构、上下文组织、工具调用、参数设置等），提示词策略（CoT、元提示等）作为其中的调优手段之一； 4、推动AI能力在团队内规模化：沉淀Agent设计、问题诊断与调优的可复用方法论与最佳实践，参与内部AI工具链/Agent平台的维护优化，推动能力在多项目、多语种场景的推广与复用。

1、本科及以上学历，具备AI Agent相关落地经验，如AI Agent/Workflow搭建、AI数据运营、AI产品运营等； 2、具备将AI能力落地为实际业务工具的能力：能独立完成从场景拆解、方案设计到Agent搭建与上线的全流程，并对最终业务效果负责；熟悉主流Agent框架/工具链者优先； 3、良好的数据分析、逻辑思维与结构化问题拆解能力，能从数据中发现问题、量化收益并推动优化； 4、英语读写流利，可作为工作语言； 5、保持对质量与逻辑的高度关注。

加分项 1、STEM、计算机科学、工程、语言学、哲学等相关专业背景优先； 2、有AI Agent/工作流自动化的实际落地项目经验（能说明业务问题、方案与量化收益）者优先； 3、有内容安全（信任与安全）、内容审核或分类标注相关经验者优先； 4、了解LLM基础原理，对模型能力边界有清晰理解； 5、具备Python或SQL基础，能通过脚本支撑Agent搭建、自动化测试或数据分析者优先。
