1、深度关注和研究国内外短视频行业趋势，通过行业研究和战略判断，为业务提供外部视角和决策支持； 2、对核心指标进行跟踪，建立日常监控体系，及时敏锐的发现业务变化、洞察规律，披露挖掘业务风险与机会； 3、充分理解行业逻辑和目标，帮助业务进行路径探索、诊断优化、业务复盘等分析工作，提出有建设性的决策建议； 4、基于业务发展，拆解产品流量、用户触达、商家供给、商品运营、内容运营等业务指标，识别业务的关键问题和卡点，并给予业务一定策略建议； 5、对接相关业务团队，对业务中的关键问题开展专项分析，协调复杂项目，产出策略并推动落地。

1、本科及以上学历，3-5年内容行业战略、生活服务/电商行业经验等相关经验优先； 2、具备国际化视野，英文可作为工作语言，口语沟通流利，有海外工作经验者优先； 3、数据分析能力强，熟悉常用的数据统计和分析方法，了解推荐算法基本原理； 4、具备结构化思考能力，能敏锐识别和拆解问题，擅长结合数据和用户同理心来刻画问题和回答问题； 5、出色的跨部门沟通和协作能力，具备较强的项目管理能力，能够在业务模块的深度和广度上进行跨团队沟通，推动上下游的协作完成； 6、熟悉互联网内容平台的各种功能和内容生态，有战略或互联网内容产业相关行业研究经验者优先。
