TikTok业务风控团队致力于保护 TikTok 的用户权益，包括但不限于内容消费者、创造者、商业客户等。我们通过建设高效的风控系统和智能的风控算法，提供端到端技术解决方案，以保证平台的健康与社区体验的真实性，为TikTok 业务保驾护航。

1、研究黑灰产产业链和技术、业务安全的前沿攻防技术； 2、通过对各种黑灰产产业链、业务异常、黑灰产攻击等深入研究，研究各种可用于情报相关的技术，如黑灰产溯源、黑灰产威胁情报监测等； 3、分析常见的黑产工具、作弊软件等，复盘攻击手法和攻击路径，迭代防御策略。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、熟悉黑灰产产业链，了解黑灰产攻击原理和细节，具备独立业务风险分析能力； 3、熟悉Android/iOS/Web逆向分析，或熟悉黑产刷量、作弊、薅羊毛攻击手段； 4、熟悉常见Web、应用、系统漏洞原理以及对应的检测、解决方案，关注前沿安全攻防技术研究； 5、丰富的编程经验，精通至少一门语言，如Python、Go、Java、C/C+、Javascript等。
