1、策略规划与业务增长：负责制定中小商家留资直播推荐的整体策略和规划，聚焦提升直播内容分发效率与精准度，通过优化推荐算法逻辑、研究用户与内容生态匹配度、设计差异化推荐策略等方式，实现看播时长、留资效率和多元化内容的增长目标，推动业务持续发展； 2、数据驱动策略优化：通过深度的用户调研和多维度数据分析，洞察用户行为模式与内容消费偏好，明确用户分层逻辑，依据汽车/在线教育等不同行业特征，构建精细化推荐策略模型，以数据为支撑持续迭代推荐策略； 3、用户兴趣特征挖掘：针对看播用户的行为习惯、兴趣偏好制定差异化的产品方案，提升用户对留资直播内容的满意度与忠诚度，挖掘用户增长潜力。

1、教育与经验：本科及以上学历，统计学/数学/计算机相关专业优先，具备3年及以上策略产品经验，有流量推荐策略、内容推荐策略工作经验优先，有商业化、电商等B端业务经验优先； 2、核心能力：具备优秀的数据分析和策略设计能力，业务理解速度快，能够敏锐通过数据波动、业务流程发现推荐策略中的问题，并推动有效解决方案落地； 3、项目：具备较强的项目管理能力，能够精准把握各方需求，高效整合资源，在跨部门协作中应对复杂任务与时间，达成业务目标； 4、语言能力：英语流利，可作为工作语言无障碍沟通。
