1、本科及以上学历，英语可作为工作语言，有国际业务工作经验加分； 2、有2年以上模板运营或素材运营经验，熟悉模板投稿和消费生态，能独立负责内容供给、作者运维和社群运维；熟悉爆款生态，熟悉国外主流社媒，能够监控热点并持续生产爆款素材； 3、逻辑思维强，擅长数据分析，能够负责业务指标拆解和关键工作复盘；沟通能力强，主人翁意识强，积极主动，跨团队协作经验丰富，项目管理意识强； 4、有素材生态治理经验、使用AI工具进行素材工作提效是加分项；对AI工具有了解并有强学习意愿，能够探索LLM/Agent在模板运营工作上的应用。
