1、参与国际化内容安全数据建设及AI分析能力建设，负责数据产品、查询服务及AI能力的架构设计与研发，提升数据分析效率和平台智能化水平； 2、与算法、业务、产品及数据科学团队紧密合作，建设面向AI Agent、智能分析及自动化决策的数据服务能力，支持复杂业务场景快速落地； 3、参与实时/离线数据链路、实验平台、指标体系、数据质量及可观测性平台建设，持续提升数据准确性、稳定性和开发效率； 4、参与高并发、高可用、海量数据处理系统的设计与优化，解决存储、计算、查询性能、系统解耦、多租户隔离等关键技术问题； 5、参与数据平台架构演进，探索AI Native Data Platform、LLM、Agent、向量检索、智能查询等新技术在业务中的落地实践； 6、持续推动平台工程化建设，包括研发规范、自动化测试、性能优化、稳定性治理及研发效率提升。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、人工智能、大数据等相关专业优先； 2、热爱计算机科学与互联网技术，熟练掌握至少一门编程语言，包括但不限于Java、Go、C/C++、Python，掌握扎实的计算机基础知识，深入理解数据结构、算法、操作系统及计算机网络； 3、具备良好的系统设计能力，对分布式系统、数据库、大数据或云计算有一定理解，有相关项目经验者优先； 4、具有优秀的逻辑分析能力，能够对复杂业务进行抽象建模，并设计合理的技术方案； 5、对AI、大模型、Agent或数据平台相关技术有浓厚兴趣，具有探索精神和快速学习能力； 6、具备良好的沟通协作能力和团队意识，能够跨团队推进复杂项目落地。
